i carry your heart with me

Ten things I wish I could say to ten different people. (but don't say their name, and for some things more than one person applies):

10. Without fail, every time I am at church I pray for you. I pray that you’ll find happiness within yourself because until you do, we can’t have a relationship. I pray that I can be a strong enough person to be able to forgive you for what you have put me through. Every time I hear someone speak of their relationship with their “you” in their life I get jealous, and sad because I don’t have that, and I don’t think I ever will.
9. To this day I honestly don’t know what I would do in my life without you.
8. I honestly owe you so much. It’s unfathomable to me how much you have done for me in my life. Thank you.
7. I think you can do better. Maybe I’m jealous.
6. I wish you could be happy with yourself, because you’ve been making my life miserable trying to pretend you’ve got it all figured out.
5. You always have to be right, and sometimes it drives me crazy.
4. Every day I thank God for putting you in my life. Not only because of the friendship I have found in you, but of the love that has overflowed from your family. It means more to me than you will ever know, and I only hope that someday I can make that known to all of you and help you out in the ways that you have helped me.
3. Your hugs were the only thing that helped me through the month of March.
2. You make everyone feel uncomfortable around you. I don’t know how or when you got that power, but congratulations.
1. I wish I could see you grow up.

(p.s. just because you were tagged doesn't mean you're one of those people.)

Nine things about myself:

9. I used to be very open about my emotions; but recent things in my life have forced me to put up barriers that even I have had a hard time breaking down but I’m working hard to get past.
8. My family means more to me than I can describe in words. Although every day I wish certain relationships were different.
7. I wish I still played soccer/made time in my life to actually go for a run at least once a week.
6. I want to travel the world.
5. I want to spend every summer for the rest of my life on Lake Esau in Presque Isle, MI
4. If I won the lottery, the first person I would spend any of my winnings on is my Grandma.
3. I sometimes don’t see why I am so blessed with the friends I have in my life, because I honestly don’t think I pull my own weight sometimes. (I’m working on this!)
2. I love to laugh, and laugh, and laugh until I can’t laugh any more. And I don’t think I do it enough!
1. I need to spend more time enjoying the outdoors. I love it, but don’t take advantage of the beauty around me enough.

1. I feel like a piece of me is missing since my Grandpa passing away, and still am trying to get myself together over 7 months later. I don’t feel like I’ve been myself, and I apologize to anyone who has noticed. I’m working on it, and I hope to be able to eventually come to grips sooner than later. Until then, thanks for sticking by my side.
